ABOUT

Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make.  And that's why a home inspection is not something your real estate agent suggests lightly.  Obviously there is no such thing as a perfect home, so its nice to know a little bit about the home you are about to buy.  Make sure the person you hire to perform your inspection has the proper certifications and is experienced in the field.

Brian began his career in the construction field at the age of 18 when he was laid-off from a large manufacturer in Ashland. He continued working in construction for the next 18 years, while pursuing a B.S. in Natural Resource Management from Northland College.

After taking many building code classes and securing his professional certifications, Brian began his career in home inspections in 2003 when he started Assurance Home Inspections, LLC. He has since developed an organization that is well respected by the real estate and home inspection community.

Brian’s favorite customers are the ones who have a lot of questions; he enjoys construction and understands how much knowledge is necessary to provide an insight into the integrity of a home.  In a sense, that’s a lot of what home inspections are about, so Brian truly does what he loves.

Brian and his wife are the proud parents of a young son. Brian was born and raised in the Ashland area.
